Rajendra

I was named Rajendra after my grandfather. But, people call me Kulottunga after the name I assumed after taking the Chola Throne. I am getting old now. Vikrama is already made the king and all I need to do is to spend my last days in Chidambaram. What an eventful life I had as Rajendra Chalukya, the Crown Prince of Vengi and one of the prominent princes of the mighty Chola Empire? Yesterday, a travelling troupe of actors performed before me in the open court. The play was named Sarangadhara. I was surprised that people still remember that story. But, one thing for sure.
